About Us
the carl. is designed by USD alumni for University students. We believe that providing the best all inclusive student housing in a stress-free environment will help you achieve your most successful academic career.
Each of our brand new homes are equipped with high-speed fiber optic Wi-Fi and come fully furnished with 60-inch smart TV's, full kitchen stainless steel appliance packages, in-unit washer and dryer and smart home capabilities. Shuttle options are also available.
Private rooms include built-in closets, 32-inch smart TV's with streaming services, desk, and
full-size bed with modern finishes. Enjoy sunbathing on our large rooftop deck complete with lounges, outdoor kitchen and views of Mission Bay. Our basement lounge is appointed with high end modern finishes and a 24-hour self-serve coffee & tea bar, making it a great place to study or socialize with fellow students.
